Return Eligibility

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Novera is not responsible for lost return shipments

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges
